Refund policy

At Milk & Honey Kids, each product is carefully designed, printed, assembled, and packaged by hand.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at milkandhoneyllco@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Milk & Honey Kids is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
