Shipping policy

Thank you for supporting Milk & Honey Kids.

All products are handmade and prepared with care. Each order is individually printed, cut, laminated, packaged, and inspected before shipment.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Processing time and shipping time are NOT the same thing.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is the amount of time it takes Milk & Honey Kids to create, prepare, package, and ship your order.

Please allow 5–10 BUSINESS DAYS for processing.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

For example, if you place an order on Friday, processing does not begin counting again until the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 BUSINESS DAYS after they have been shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, and your location.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Milk & Honey Kids is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may be required before the order can be reshipped.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Milk & Honey Kids is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues or claims.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order can be shipped again.
